🕒 Orders & Payments

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply select your watch, click "Add to Cart", and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to complete payment securely.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit/debit cards, Cash on Delivery (COD), Easypaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfers.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Yes, if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you offer nationwide delivery in Pakistan?
A: Yes, we deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Q: How much is the shipping fee?
A:

  • Orders above PKR 3,000: Free shipping

  • Orders below PKR 3,000: Flat PKR 99

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: You can return or exchange an item within 7 days if it's unused, in original condition, and has all tags intact.

Q: How do I request a return or exchange?
A: Contact our support team at royaltrends.pk@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Yes. After inspecting the returned item, we issue refunds within 5–7 business days via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or store credit.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via SMS or email. You can also visit our Track Order page.

⌚ Product & Warranty

Q: Are your watches original?
A: Yes, we only sell 100% authentic and brand-new watches.

Q: Do your watches come with a warranty?
A: Most of our watches include a 6–12 month local or brand warranty. Check each product page for specific warranty info.

Q: Are your watches waterproof?
A: Water resistance details are provided on each product page. Please check specifications before submerging in water.
