Return & Refund Policy

At Royal Trends, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You can return a product within 7 days of receiving your order, if it meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • All tags, manuals, and accessories must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

đź“Ś Important: Returns are not accepted for items bought on sale, clearance, or customized/personalized watches.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or SMS.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via:

  • Bank transfer

  • Easypaisa or JazzCash

  • Store credit (on request)

đź“Ś Refunds are only issued for the product amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Want to exchange your item for a different model or color?

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must meet the return conditions

  • Exchange shipping charges may apply

 Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or damaged items

  • Watches with broken seals or scratches

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Clearance or final sale products

 Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our support team at royaltrends.pk@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +92 322 961 6383

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and send return instructions

  3. Ship the Product: Send the item to the return address provided (shipping cost is your responsibility unless the item is faulty)

  4. Inspection & Refund: Once received and approved, we’ll issue your refund or send the replacement

🛡 Damaged or Wrong Product?

If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a free return or exchange immediately.
